24th Annual Polar Bear Dip to keep Waterville's kids from going to bed hungry!
Each year young and old gather in the snow, costume clad and pledges in hand, to take a plunge into icy waters.
The money raised supports our Kids' Kitchen, which serves over 40,000 free, hot and nutritious meals and snacks annually and sends over 70 backpacks home each Friday to feed families in need for the weekend.
Local DJ will be on hand spinning tunes to dive for, free hot chocolate and coffee, and a nice warm Awards Ceremony follows the icy plunge.

Registration Opens at 10:00am
We are again hosted by the three day Maine Pond Hockey Classic, giving the Saturday morning Dip a great Winter Festival atmosphere!  
 
Sixty teams in 6 divisions compete Friday at 6pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 6:00pm and Sunday Finals from 9am-2pm. 
 
Cheer on dippers and teams from the on-ice Players' Lounge serving bar food and drinks, by ice candles and fire pits, on blanketed benches, with local DJ and music.  Enjoy the Community Free Skate Rink, games of corn-hole toss, and hockey skills competitions. 
 
Don't forget to commemorate the fun with some MPHC swag from the pop-up Skate Shop in Snow Pond Lodge!
