Carols in the Round

Directed by Dr. David Stevenson, the Mount View Chamber Singers are a 20-voice choir from Mount View High School in Thorndike. Each year during Advent, the ensemble present a series of hour-long, a capella concerts by candlelight in which the singers encircle the audience. Comprising Christmas carols and other seasonal songs from many lands and times, the selections vary from year to year, but never
fail to delight.

This year’s 27th anniversary edition Carols in the Round will have 30 performances throughout eastern and central Maine, including six in the Waterville area. The dates and locations for the local concerts are:
