Engaging the Generational Divide

Career Management Associates CEO David Ciullo will address the effectiveness of organizations in valuing and creating a culture where all generations thrive and engagement soars, capitalizing on the strengths of different workstyles to communicate better, lessen conflict, and achieve results.

Take this opportunity to network with other business leaders and to join David and your Chamber for a discussion on how to engage varying types and ages of individuals in your workplace. This presentation will be valuable for the staff or managerial employees at all levels of your organization.

All CDC guidelines will be followed for this in-person presentation, limited to a maximum of 50 persons. Masks are required to be worn for registration, and before and after eating the plated breakfast. Separate entrances and exits are provided to minimize the passage of attendees. Masks and hand sanitizer will be provided.
