Guest Artist Friday: Mark Simpson, Chocolatier!

This week we are full-on-Wonka, visiting local culinary artist and chocolatier Mark Simpson, from Christopher Hastings Confections. Mark will take us through the confectionery world to show us how he creates gorgeous, eye-popping, award-winning chocolates with artisan painting techniques using edible cocoa butter and other delicious tools of the trade.
