Tai Chi for Health

Tai Chi for Health is an easy-to-learn form of tai chi that focuses on healing, relaxation, and improving mobility and balance. Medical studies have shown that practicing this program helps improve the control of diabetes; improves flexibility, muscle strength, heart and lung function, posture and balance; and increases one’s ability to relax. This program is appropriate for anyone wanting to improve their health or other chronic conditions.

This class meets on Mondays through June 20, except on May 30.
