Renewing Downtown Waterville’s Economic Vitality with Colby’s Director of Commercial Real Estate, Paul Ureneck.

Paul Ureneck is Colby College’s Director of Commercial Real Estate.  Paul’s background is in commercial real estate having worked for The Boulos Co, northern New England’s largest commercial real estate development, brokerage and management firm, for 30 years as their Senior Vice President of Project Management.  Paul has a track record in managing and transforming +/- 4 million square feet of complex manufacturing, office, medical, retail, and office real estate development projects.  Paul is a creative and collaborative leader with skills in conflict resolution, negotiations, permitting, financing, design, and construction.

Held at Thomas College Spann Student Commons in the Summit Room from 7:15 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
