Inland Hospital Requests Proposals To Improve Community Health
As a member of EMHS, Inland Hospital is committed to improving the health of the communities we serve. Our Community Benefit grant program is designed to help address priority health issues facing local communities by expanding partnerships and use of evidence-informed prevention practices. Inland Hospital is seeking proposals that measurably impact one of these priority health issues: substance abuse; mental health; poverty/economic opportunity; or oral health as identified in our 2015 Shared Community Health Needs Assessment (Shared CHNA). Approximately four awards will be made; applicants may request up to $5,000 for projects to be completed by December 30, 2016.
