Library Parking and One-Way Street

We're elated to announce that there are now 16 freshly-painted Library Only parking spots on Appleton Street in downtown Waterville! To access them, turn either right or left off Elm Street!
To make this happen, Appleton Street itself has been converted to a partial one-way. You can enter from Elm Street and either head toward Main Street, or turn right into the Concourse. If approaching from Main Street, cars will have to turn left, into the Concourse, instead of going directly to Elm Street.
