August 14 in Augusta
Calling all trainers, teachers, facilitators, and anyone aspiring to be in these roles!
Andy Robinson is back in Maine this summer to help you hone your training and presenting skills. No matter your method – online, in-person, or a combination – this workshop will provide you with a better understanding of how to engage a diverse learning audience and how to make your content stick.
Participants will learn how to:
  • Identify and avoid bad trainer behavior
  • Design exercises and activities that engage their learners
  • Encourage everyone to participate – and manage those who over-participate
  • Build consensus and run effective meetings
  • Prepare tips and tricks to have in their trainer toolbox
Training exercises will be designed and demonstrated in real time...come prepared to participate!
