United Way of Mid-Maine is partnering with Skowhegan Regional Chamber of Commerce for the first (hopefully annual) JingleFest!
A fun, family event for the holiday season!
Stuff the Trailer Towriffic Toy Drive - Nov 30th thru Dec 12th
Toy collection to benefit the families in the Skowhegan region. Donations can be dropped off at the Skowhegan Regional Chamber of Commerce. Any donations dropped off on December 12th will be entered to win a $100 gift certificate to George's Market.
This event is being supported in partnership with Hight Family of Dealerships, Gifford's Famous Ice Cream, and with the support of Charlie & Sons Sales and Service.
Skowhegan will transform into the North Pole with Santa and his reindeer, along with music and other fun activities. Can't make it out? You can still drop by the Chamber office and write a letter to be mailed to Santa.
Light up the Region - Nov 30th thru Dec 31st
A bright and merry trip through Somerset County! Local businesses and residents are encouraged to decorate and register your property with the Chamber. There will be a map compiled and shared for people to use to drive/walk around to see all the lights.
Search for Spruce the Chamber Moose - Nov 30th thru Dec 31st
Throughout the month of December Spruce the Chamber Moose will visit chamber member's businesses. He'll find a cozy spot to sit and wait for your to come find him! Keep an eye out on Facebook for clues, and once you find him, make sure to tell the business to get a discount! He'll be in a different business each day! Enjoy a little fun while you shop local!
