Waterville Main Street is dedicated to the revitalization of downtown Waterville through an incremental and cumulative Four Point Approach. Four key committees bring together a broad cross-section of volunteers to design and implement work plans in each area of interest:
• Economic Restructuring – strengthening existing businesses and recruiting new ones
• Design – improving the physical appearance of downtown, while protecting historic resources
• Promotion – promoting downtown as a destination for shopping, dining, arts and culture
• Organization – developing broad-based volunteer and financial support
