Youth Mentors Needed

The Alfond Youth and Community Center is currently accepting volunteers to mentor the awesome kids at their afterschool program! Volunteers will spend one hour a week for one calendar year at the AYCC with the kids doing activities, playing games, chatting, and exploring hobbies. This program promotes positive social and emotional development through the relationships built between mentors and children. Volunteers who mentor with the AYCC will have the great opportunity to get out and connect with the younger community and build a positive relationship that not only impacts a child but impacts their own life as well.  If you are interested in giving your time to impact a child and schedule out an hour of stress-free fun each week, visit clubaycc.org/mentoring or email the Program Coordinator, Maria at mcoletti@clubaycc.org.
