Charity Golf Tournament

September 26, 2021

On Sunday, September 26, 2021, at 10:00am the Waterville Police Department is hosting their 6th Charity Golf Tournament.  This year all proceeds of the tournament will benefit the Waterville Police Department's Operation HOPE community outreach program.

The Waterville Police Department is very excited about Operation HOPE: the "Heroin Opiate Prevention Effort".  It is a project designed to help those suffering from substance abuse disorder.  Through Operation HOPE, the Waterville Police Department supports a three-pronged approach to combatting illegal drugs through Enforcement, Education, and Treatment.  Whenever possible we also assist our partner agencies with education and treatment efforts to reduce the demand for illicit drugs while vigorously enforcing the law against suppliers of these products.  Since its launch in January 2017, Operation HOPE has placed many opiate addicts into long term treatment facilities where they will hopefully break the vicious cycle of drug dependency.

If you would like to become a sponsor or enter a team, please contact Officer Codey Fabian, Kathleen Kenney Haley or send the sponsorship/team registration form to the Waterville Police Department, 10 Colby St, Waterville, ME 04901.

Click for PDF of registration form.

Sponsorship fee (check payable to City of Waterville) is needed by August 1st at the Waterville Police Department (Attn: Golf Classic) 10 Colby St., Waterville, ME 04901  Sponsorship levels:
