Wednesdays, Sept 7 - Oct 12

Greene Block + Studios, 18 Main St, Waterville

This gentle morning movement class celebrates the positive impact that the arts can have on connecting with our community, enriching our lives, and bettering our health. Join in the fun as we share stories, move our bodies, and make dances about anything and everything. No dance experience is required. This intergenerational class is for people of all ages, and especially adults ages 55+ (but we don’t card at the door).

Participants are encouraged but not required to attend every workshop session. This class is free and open to all – click here to register

Matthew Cumbie (he/him/his) is a collaborative dancemaker and artist-educator in Waterville, ME. His artistic research cultivates processes and experiences that are participatory and intergenerational. See more of Matthew’s work at http://matthewcumbie.com/about/matthew/.
