Light the Night: Blue Christmas Ceremony

FreeThe ShineOnCass Foundation will host a community Blue Christmas Ceremony on Tuesday, December 21, Winter Solstice, 6 p.m. at Oakland Gazebo, located at Oakland Waterfront Park. Light the Night will feature music, speakers, and a reading of loved ones’ names remembered, along with a lighting of memorial blue candles that people will take home. Anyone can participate by including a loved one’s name in the ceremony. Complete the form on the foundation’s website or just come and be among friends.
