Making Cards for Veterans

FreeThe Library will provide the creativity supplies, you bring the love; all may make or sign a card of thanks and support to members of the Armed Forces, veterans and their families. Some stamps will be available. Cards can be addressed to a known veteran or Any Veteran. Cards addressed to Any Veteran will be distributed to a group of veterans on a Maine Honor Flight with 45 veterans scheduled to return to Maine on November 1. These veterans will receive mail the same way they did when they received mail from home when they were deployed abroad.
