Having the school supplies they need can make all the difference between a student having a great start in school and wishing they weren’t there. Join UWMM in making that difference.
Last year, the Mid-Maine community donated over 10,000 school supplies and backpacks, valued at over $26,000! These items were then distributed by United Way to 60 schools in our service area, supporting around 600 children throughout mid-Maine. This year, join us on August 7th from 10am-2pm at the Palmyra, Skowhegan, and Waterville Walmart's for the finale of our school supply drive. All unused school supplies are welcomed whether you drop it off or donate after shopping.

We are also pleased to have Darling's Ice Cream Truck this year at the Waterville Walmart from 10am to 12pm and at the Skowhegan Walmart from 12:30-2:00pm.
