Join central Maine's young artists and their families for this year's Youth Art Month (YAM) exhibition. Now in its sixth year at CSA, YAM showcases artwork from aspiring area artists around this year's theme, A Journey Through Art. Light refreshments will be served. FMI

The art of a good paper airplane can be an engineering challenge for any age! We will have about ten different airplane designs to try, from ones used in NASA programming to simple ones that anyone can master. We will decorate our planes with our own designs. "Handbuilding" is a process that manipulates clay by hand using only simple tools as opposed to the pottery wheel. In this three-week workshop, students will fire and glaze the coil mug works they create. No experience is necessary. Class starts December 4. The cost is $95. Registration is required.
