An independently produced documentary following the filmmaker’s Nordic skiing trek across New Hampshire in 2023, Remember Winter is a meditation on the significance of the waning winter experience in northern New England, and an attempt at providing a context for efforts to arrest that loss. Inspired by old photographs from his grandfather, Gabriel Andrus sets out on cross country skis to explore winter in New Hampshire, meeting locals along the way, and discovering how winter in New Hampshire is changing.

This showing is co-hosted by the Citizens Climate Lobby, a non-partisan international volunteer organization seeking to build political will for a livable world. Audience anecdotes of winter memories will be encouraged, so bring your snow stories! Show your Remember Winter ticket at concessions and get a free popcorn and beverage, courtesy of the Citizens Climate Lobby.
