Explore outdoors with a pencil in hand!
Come on a walk with a Maine Master Naturalist to explore observational drawing and the never ending wonders of the outdoors. All ages and level of skill welcome.
Bring a sketchbook and pencil. (Materials will be available for those who need them.)

 Noon: Water Rescue Demonstration by the Waterville Fire Department
Location: North Street Launch

A “victim” was spotted in a kayak caught in debris in the Messalonskee Stream.  After studying the current, WFD members will deploy a rapid inflatable boat to ensure a quick, safest choice rescue. Equipment on display includes jet ski, boat, and ATV.
