Self Care Nature Walk

September 15, 2018, 10:00 AM12:00 PM

Did you know that September is Self-Care Awareness month and it’s also the National Suicide Prevention month?  What better way to take care of yourself than getting outside for some fresh air and taking a nice nature walk.

Did you know that there are beautiful trails on the GWH campus behind the L.C. Bates Museum?  Why not join us on Saturday, September 15th from 10 a.m. to 12p.m. and walk the trails - meet behind the L.C. Bates Museum

Snacks and water will be provided for a voluntary donation.  We will also have a donation jar at the beginning of the walk.

All donations will benefit (100%) AFSP (American Foundation for Suicide Prevention) – Maine Chapter. Please be sure to also visit the L.C. Bates Museum before leaving and discover more wonders of nature!

FMI - contact Michelle at 207-238-4280 or mtheriault@gwh.org
