Tighten and Tone

$50In this class, learn an easy and effective low-impact exercise program that you can continue at home to strengthen and tone your muscles, increase flexibility and range of motion, and maintain a healthy weight. Equipment utilized may include straps/bands and handheld weights. This class is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels as long as you can get up and down from the floor with the assistance of a chair.
This class meets Fridays through June 24, except on May 6 and June 3.
Cost: 8 sessions for $50/person
