Carols and Lights Ticket Distribution
November 8, 2017, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
FreeArea residents can get free tickets for the 48th annual Service of Carols and Lights, a global celebration of Christmas, at the information desk in Pulver Pavilion, Cotter Union, Colby College, Mayflower Hill Drive. Tickets will be available starting Wednesday, November 8, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Because seating is limited, tickets are required for admission to the service. Each requester can get up to four tickets until the tickets are gone.
The Services of Carols and Lights will be held in Lorimer Chapel Friday December 8 at 7 p.m. and Saturday December 9 at 3:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. Doors will open one-half hour before each service. This year's theme is "A Song of Joy Arises" with musical selections from the Colby Chorale and Colby-Kennebec Choral Society, the Colby College Collegium, African Drummers, and the Pineland Suzuki School.
