FreePK WTVL volume 27 will take place on Friday, April 27, 2018, at the Waterville Opera House! The evening will begin with a reception at 6:00pm at Common Street Arts, 93 Main Street, Waterville. Presentations will begin at 7:20p in the Waterville Opera House. The V27 emcee will be Garvan Donegan of the Central Maine Growth Council. This event is free and open to the public.
