Waterville Rocks!

FreeWaterville Rocks! is a series of four outdoor concerts presented by the Waterville Opera House for the enjoyment of the greater Waterville community. At these concerts, families and friends gather in historic downtown Waterville, lay down a blanket in Castonguay Square, listen to awesome music, and dance and socialize with others in the community. Established in 2016 by local business leaders and arts-focused organizations, Waterville Rocks! is becoming an annual community celebration of all-things-music held in the great outdoors. There is no charge associated with this event; it is all about community, free entertainment and good times in a delightful downtown greenspace.

Enter the Haggis
Since 1995, Enter The Haggis have led the charge among Celtic Folk Rock bands, delighting fans with their memorable performances, inspired songwriting, musical proficiency and high quality recordings. The Toronto-based band has released eight acclaimed studio albums, the most recent debuting at #9 on the U.S. national Billboard Heatseekers charts. Their original songs such as "One Last Drink", "Down With The Ship" and "Gasoline" have become folk rock anthems, appearing in films such as "Goon", "10mph" and "Addicted to Plastic", and reaching as high as #25 on U.S. radio.
Muddy Ruckus
Muddy Ruckus is a punk blues rock duo from Portland, Maine. The stripped down power duo features guitarist Ryan Flaherty and percussionist Erika Stahl. The band blends rootsy guitar and edgy percussion on a suitcase drum kit and is known for a full rock band sound, despite that they're a duo. They season their music with the salt of the eastern old ports, backroad electric grooves, and the mud of the Mississippi River where Flaherty grew up. The New York Music Daily calls Muddy Ruckus "Darkly Inventive Americana". In April 2016, Muddy Ruckus was awarded "Best in State of Maine" by the New England Music Awards.
