FreeJoin Common Street Arts for a conversation entitled Past + Present: The Rural Maine Landscape between artist Susan Metzger and Robert Sanford, Professor of Environmental Science & Policy at the University of Southern Maine and author of the recently published Reading Rural Landscapes, A Field Guide to New England’s Past. Together, Susan and Rob will discuss their artistic and archeological approaches to the historical and present-day rural Maine landscape. Audience participation is encouraged.
