This movement class for older adults celebrates the positive impact that the arts can have on connecting with our community, enriching our lives, and bettering our health. Join in the fun as we share stories, move our bodies, and make dances about anything and everything. No dance experience is required. This class is for older adults (ages 55+), but we don’t card at the door.
Participants are encouraged but not required to attend every workshop session.
