What could be better than supporting our mid-Maine small businesses? Once again, this year the Mid-Maine Chamber will take the lead in bringing attention to Small Business Saturday.
What can shoppers expect for 2021? The highly popular coupon booklets will be offered once again. The booklets contained savings and dollars-off coupons from approximately 40 small businesses. Each participating business will also have shopping bags to give out, and an opportunity for a lucky winner to receive $100 to aid in their holiday shopping. Live remotes will be offered once again, and some additional activities planned.
The fences on Main Street will be down for Small Business Saturday so you can leisurely enjoy walking Main Street on both sides. Please also keep in mind that we have several small businesses outside of the downtown area who will be participating as well, and we encourage everyone to visit them in support. Please check the offers in the coupon book for the wide variety of participating businesses throughout the area.
With the strain from this pandemic there is no better time than 2021 to show your support to your local small business. These are the same people that give back to our community. They could all use an added boost on November 27, 2021.
