Intermediate 3D Printing

$1313D Printing is back and better than ever! With brand new printers and laptops, now is the best time to explore the world of 3D printing.
In this 4-week class, beginners reach the next level, with the focus on creating original designs using the free, web-based program Tinkercad. Learn how to design with 3D printing in mind, how to slice models for optimal results, and print original creations! With Stephen LaRochelle of Kennebec Valley Community College.
Class meets Tuesdays, November 5 – 26, 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.
For children aged 12 and up and for adults. Participants aged 12 – 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Limited to 10 enrollees.
Pre-Requisite: 3D Printing for Beginners or prior experience operating a 3D printer.
Tuition: $131. Eligible for the Youth Arts Access Fund.
