Intermediate 3D Design and Printing

In this two-part class, beginners reach the next level, with the focus on creating original designs using the free, web-based program Tinkercad. Learn how to design with 3D printing in mind, how to slice models for optimal results, and print original creations! With Stephen LaRochelle of Kennebec Valley Community College.
Class meets Saturdays, March 7 & 14. Class is open to adults and older children 12+; ages 12–15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Class is limited to 10 participants.
Pre-requisite: Beginner 3D Design + Printing or prior experience operating a 3D printer.
Cost: $131. Eligible for the Youth Arts Access Fund.
