FreeJoin Healthy Northern Kennebec for a free, self-guided tour and practice skills like reading and comparing food labels, identifying whole grains, and shopping on a budget! Get a free $10 Hannaford gift-card, reusable grocery bag, tasty recipes and simple tips on buying healthy, low-cost foods. Come anytime between 3:00 and 6:00 and plan on adding ½ hour to your shopping trip. No need to pre-register. Please take this tour only once per year from October – September.
