3D Printing for Beginners

3D Printing is back and better than ever! With brand new printers and laptops, now is the best time to explore the world of 3D printing.
This four-week class will show you step-by-step from start to finish how the entire 3D printing process works. Makers and creators will learn to use the 3D printer, become familiar with 3D software, how to “slice” pre-existing models, and how to design their own model. With Stephen LaRochelle of Kennebec Valley Community College.
For adults and children aged 12+. Limited to 10 students. Class meets Tuesdays, October 1–22, 5:30–7:00 p.m.
Tuition: $130. Eligible for the Youth Arts Access Fund.
