48th Annual Services of Carols and Lights
December 8, 2017 – December 9, 2017
FreeA Colby tradition since 1971, the service includes readings, carol singing by candlelight, and the sounds of the Nickerson Carillon. This year’s theme is “A Song of Joy Arises” with musical selections from the Colby Chorale and Colby-Kennebec Choral Society, the Colby College Collegium, African drummers, and the Pineland Suzuki School. The services will be held Friday, Dec. 8 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 9 at 3:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. Doors will open one-half hour before each service. Admission is free, but advance tickets are required.
