Bard’s Birthday Bash

FreeCome join Recycled Shakespeare Company for our 10th Annual Bard's Birthday Bash! Throughout the day, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., we will be reading all of Shakespeare's 154 sonnets interspersed with monologues and songs from his plays. It is a special birthday party for Shakespeare being our 10th year and the 400th anniversary of the publishing of the First Folio of his work.
In the morning we Stroll through Downtown Waterville, have lunch with sonnets at Jin Yuan from 1:00 to 2:15 and relax to readings at Selah Tea from 2:30 to 5:00 p.m.
We are also holding a Masquerade Ball from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. with Elizabethan dances taught to all — and birthday cake, of course. The whole event is free and open to all so please invite your friends and spread the word!
