Exploring Creative Writing for Kids + Caregivers
February 13, 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
FreeCome play with words! Through word play and writing games, we’ll explore language through the concepts of self, community, family, and home. Participants will come away with a better understanding of writing as a fun and creative form of self-expression. We will divide into two groups based on age. Writers are encouraged to submit what they create during the workshop for publication in the series chapbook.
This workshop is free, but advance registration is required. Caregivers are required to stay and assist children up to age 13.
