Friends Camp Spring Work Weekend

Our annual work weekend is just around the corner, and we are looking for a few more hands to help get work done! Work weekend is happening Friday, May 19 – Sunday, May 21, at Friends Camp in South China, ME. Tasks for the weekend will include:
- raking
- painting
- clearing pathways of sticks & branches
- cleaning
- gardening
- light construction projects (new soccer goals!)
Come prepared for physical labor, and to help us get camp ready for the summer. Please use the button above to register, and to find some more details. Families are welcome to attend and work, but we do not offer a children's program or childcare during this weekend.
We provide basic meals Friday dinner thru Sunday breakfast, and you are welcome to attend for any portion of the weekend or the entire time. Many folks choose to just do a work day on Saturday! You should pack warm clothes and bedding, gardening tools or rakes if you have them, work gloves, and a flashlight! Please leave alcohol at home. We'll have a campfire after the workday on Saturday.
