Hospice Facilitator Training

$30Hospice Volunteers of Waterville Area will offer a facilitator training for their grieving children’s program, Hope’s Place, starting Monday, March 2, 2015. Hope’s Place’s provides a safe, supportive environment for grieving children, teens and families through peer support groups led by trained volunteers, which nurture and encourage safe expression of grief and loss. The training will be held weeknights March 2, 4, 9 and 11, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. and Saturdays March 7 and 14, from 8:00 a.m. to noon. This 20-hour training will be taught by the staff and volunteers at the Hospice Volunteers of Waterville Area. There will be a $30 processing fee for materials.
