Part of our Lunar New Year Celebration!
Join Jeff Mao and Chris Toy for a hands-on lesson about making boiled dumplings (jiaozi). You'll also learn about Chinese hot pot as you cook and eat them. Chris and Jeff's cookbooks will be available for purchasing and signing.
Participation is free, but advance registration is required. Limited to 20 participants.
