Intermediate Clay: Wheel-Throwing

Join instructor Misha Oraa Ali for this six-week course focusing on intermediate wheel-throwing techniques. Misha will guide students as they explore techniques of wheel-throwing, including large forms, altered forms, and other objects based on student interest. Students should be competent in basics steps, including centering clay on the wheel, shaping forms, and trimming, and understand the basics of glazing. This is a perfect class for someone who has taken a beginning wheel-throwing class and wants to build on their knowledge.
This class meets Tuesdays, October 15 – November 19, 5:30–7:30 p.m.
Tuition: $196. Eligible for the Youth Arts Access Fund.
For adults and teens 16+. Limited to 7 registrants.
