FreeFirst Fridays celebrate the vibrant creativity in Waterville through a wide array of arts experiences. On the first Friday of every month, visit Main Street in downtown Waterville to meet artists, see performances, listen to live music, eat delicious food, shop at local businesses, enjoy the arts, and come together as a community.
This time, there will be events at the Schupf Center, the Colby Art Museum, and the Quarry Road Recreation Area:
- 4:00: Viewing of Painted: Our Bodies, Hearts, and Village (Art Museum)
- 4:00 – 6:00: Welcome and Conversation With Project Collaborators (Art Museum)
- 6:00 –7:30: Opening Reception for Painted: Our Bodies, Hearts and Village (Art Museum)
- 5:00 – 7:00: Meet and Greet and Art Making With Author Jaimie Hogan (Schupf Center)
- 6:00: Live Performances from Elf the Musical (Schupf Center)
- 7:30: Star Party With John Meader and Jaimie Hogan (Quarry Road)
