SpongeBob Upcycled Plastic Workshops
November 9, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
FreeSaturdays, October 19 + November 9
9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Families + All Ages) + 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Adults)
Dive into this subaquatic workshop with artist Kim Bernard, where we’ll transform recycled plastic into vibrant ocean plants and animals for the set of The SpongeBob Musical. We’ll be upcycling, using all kinds of plastic, a shredder, and a plastic extruder to conjure up some marine magic. Whether you stay for the entire session or drop in for a part of it, your contribution will help bring the underwater world of SpongeBob to life! In November we may be installing the art on the Opera House stage!
