Tai Chi Classes

Tai Chi is known as one of the most effective exercises for physical and mental well- being. Practiced throughout the world for its many health benefits, Tai Chi strengthens and mobilizes joints and muscles, improving physical fitness and mental relaxation.

Tai Chi is easy to learn and do, no matter what your physical condition or age, and even without prior knowledge of Tai Chi, making it suitable for most people. Tai Chi is a low impact exercise that uses slow, fluid movements that can be done seated or standing, therefore there is minimal stress on bones and joints. No special equipment is necessary; participants are encouraged to wear loose, comfortable clothing that they can move freely in.

Classes start January 4 from 8:00 - 9:00AM every Monday and Wednesday for 9 weeks through March 1. Suggested donation of $20.00 is accepted and appreciated. To register or for more information, please contact Lyn at 930-8082 or LNeiz@spectrumgenerations.org.
