Teen Wheel-Throwing

Instructor Wendy Burton leads teens in this 4-week class exploring the fundamentals of wheel-throwing. Teens ages 13-16 will learn throwing basics, including centering, shaping, trimming, handle making, and glazing in a fun and supportive environment.
Tools, materials, clay, glazes, and firings are included with class registration. Finished work will be available to pick up two weeks after class is completed.
The class continues on Wednesdays in April. Please note: There is no class the week of April 20, as that is Spring Vacation for area schools.
Ages: 13–16
Limit: 7 participants
Cost: $141. Eligible for the Youth Arts Access Fund.
