Community Conversations: Waterville Talks About Wealth

November 20, 2016, 6:30 PM8:30 PM

Free

Community Conversations is a series of three events bringing together Waterville faith and community institutions with Colby faculty and students to discuss major issues of common concern. The theme for the 2016-2017 year is wealth, and the event will feature two thought-leaders – one Jewish and one secular – in conversation with each other, followed by group discussions with the members of both Colby and Waterville communities.

The subject for Nov 20 is Income Inequality - What is it and how does it impact our quest for justice?

All events will be held at Beth Israel Congregation (291 Main Street, Waterville). Coffee, tea and desserts from Holy Cannoli will be provided.
