Board Meeting – September

Board Minutes and related documents are available for download. A folder exists for each month and these reside in a folder labled for the year of the meetings. Please review the minutes, either by editing the document that you download, or by taking notes. Bring any revisions with you to the next Board Meeting.

You will note that a version number is associated with each file. Minutes that have yet to be approved will have a version number of less than one. Documents that were presented in their final form are labeled version 1.0. Any version number greater than one indicates that the file had been changed since it was originally presented.

Documents are saved in Microsoft Office format (versions Office 97/2000/XP/2003 should open the files with no problems). If you do not have Micro$oft Office, you can download . LibreOffice is an open source equivalent to Micro$oft Office. It is free to download and free to use. LibreOffice can open any document created in Micro$oft office and it can save documents in multiple versions of MS Office as well as additional document formats..
