DEI Micro-Grant Funding
United Way of Kennebec Valley (UWKV) offers a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) micro-grants opportunity to nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations, public school districts, municipal entities, and Indian Tribal governments. Organizations without 501(c)(3) status may also apply if they have a formal fiscal sponsorship with an established 501(c)(3).
Grant requests should range between $500 and $1,000 and must support events or marketing initiatives aimed at improving accessibility and/or educating the community on diversity, equity, and inclusion. UWKV intends to offer this micro-grant program annually through at least 2027.
Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis and reviewed monthly. Once 2025 funds are fully allocated, the application process for this cycle will close. |
