Policy and Procedure
There are probably very few organizations who have fewer "rules" than REM. REM's focus is on creativity and spontaneity and welcoming the diversity. However, REM is not seeking chaos or dysfunction. We do seek that "sweet spot" where creativity thrives and organization enables.
We'd like all REM projects to work out in the end...
If the geese can work together to do amazing things...
and the ants can work together to do amazing things...
Then shouldn't our much larger brains help us do even better?
It's all about teamwork...using that diversity to it's best advantage.
Together we have the whole world at our feet.
