Intermediate 3D Design + Printing
Ready to take your 3D printing skills to the next level? This two-part intermediate workshop is designed for those who have taken a beginner class or have some experience and are ready to dive deeper. With a focus on original design, you’ll learn to use Tinkercad, a free, Web-based modeling program, to create and customize your own 3D models. You'll also explore how to design specifically for 3D printing, slice your files for optimal results, and bring your ideas to life on our Bambu Lab A1 Mini printers. With Stephen LaRochelle of Kennebec Valley Community College. Class continues on November 8.
Pre-Requisite: 3D Design + Printing for Beginners or prior experience operating a 3D printer.
Age: Adults and Teens 13+. Ages 13-15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Limit: 10 participants
Cost: $131. Eligible for the Youth Arts Access Fund.
