Heart to Heart

It’s Heart Month so we’re holding a special, free event for the community to learn more about heart health. The Heart-to-Heart talk will be held at Heart First and will feature one of our own Heart First cardiologists Rodney Mayhorn, MD, FACC and registered dietitian nutritionist Ev Jackson, RDN, LD - Director of Inland’s Diabetes and Nutrition Wellness. Learn more about heart attack risk factors, prevention, symptoms and treatments and test your knowledge about Heart Health Nutrition Myth Busters.
