REM Award Honorees (2001) — American Red Cross — Lore Wing

Lore Wing lives in Waterville with her husband of 22 years and her two children. She has a 22-year history with this Red Cross unit as a Water Safety Instructor, 13 years as a disaster volunteer, and 12 years on call for Armed Forces Emergency Services. She is an instructor trainer for CPR, First Aid and Lifeguarding. She has worked for the Boys & Girls Club since 1982, has sold Avon products for 15 years, and is a Girl Scout leader.
